DOORS DB service can't startup. Error:doors_db_server incompatible database

Error:DOORS_DB_SERVER :Error failed to initialize database :doors_db_server incompatible database formate.

DOORS version:8.2.

I have alway using doors 8.2,no other vesion exist.After this error happened,I reinstalled doors server .Then Doors can be used,but after several days,It happened again.

Is there somebody can help me?Thanks a lot..

What's interesting is that reinstalling the server fixes you. I'm thinking your DOORSDATA directory has some bad files under the root (maybe files for a different server).

Was this data ever restored from another server? Or from a hot backup?

I am thinking that you have some corruption going on if the above isn't the culprit, and you'll have to contact IBM directly to fix this. Do it soon--DOORS 8.2 maintenance is about to expire.
